Photo Collage is an AI-powered image library that allows you to upload, tag, search, and organize images. The Service includes features such as semantic search, collage building, Pinterest integration, and image export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

6. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
