- User content: images you upload and metadata generated by our AI processing (tags, captions, embeddings)
- Usage data: search queries, feature usage, and interaction patterns to improve the Service
- Third-party connections: Pinterest OAuth tokens when you connect your Pinterest account
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process your images with AI to generate tags, captions, and search embeddings
- Enable semantic search across your image library
- Manage your subscription and usage limits
- Send transactional emails about your account and images
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
3. Data Storage & Security
Your images are stored securely in S3-compatible cloud storage. Database records are stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including TLS encryption in transit.
4. AI Processing
When you upload images, they are processed by AI models (OpenAI) to generate descriptive tags, captions, and vector embeddings. This processing is performed solely to provide the Service's search and organization features. Your images are not used to train AI models.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Clerk for authentication and user management
- OpenAI for image analysis and embeddings
- Polar for subscription billing
- Pinterest API for optional board/pin import
- Railway for infrastructure hosting
- Sentry for error tracking
- PostHog for product analytics
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your images, metadata, and personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your images and data
- Delete individual images or your entire account
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
- Request information about how your data is used
8. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve the experience. You may opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.
